**About SaltMD Wellness** SaltMD Wellness is a longevity and wellness clinic in Buckhead, Atlanta. We help clients feel and perform their best through lab\-guided care, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight management and IV support. Our clinicians serve clients in person and by telehealth. We are a small, fast\-growing team, and this role sits at the center of it. **The role** You are the first voice our clients hear. You answer calls and messages, guide new clients through a free intro consultation, and help them start care. You learn our therapies in depth, so you can explain them clearly and confidently. You work directly with our founder and CEO to grow the business and bring in new clients. You also support our clinician and help run the clinic day to day. **What you will do** * Answer calls, texts, emails and web inquiries from new and current clients * Run intro calls, explain our programs, and help clients choose the right next step * Follow up with leads and past clients, and book consultations * Drive business development with the CEO: partner outreach, referral programs, community events and local networking to bring in new clients * Learn our therapies in depth, inc...
