The Marketing AI \& Automation Manager analyzes and improves business processes across SecureSpace Self Storage by designing, implementing, and governing AI\-enabled workflows and integrated systems. This individual\-contributor role has no direct reports and works under general supervision. The role evaluates operational needs and exercises independent judgment in selecting technical approaches, establishing workflow controls, and resolving complex process and integration issues within approved platforms, policies, and budgets. **Objective:** Advise marketing leadership and business owners on automation opportunities that improve operating efficiency, data quality, and decision\-making. Analyze needs, define requirements, compare alternatives, and recommend priorities based on business impact, cost, feasibility, and risk.
