**TITLE:** Chief Financial Officer **REPORTS TO:** Michael J. Willis, J.D., C.P.A. **SUPERVISED BY**: Managing Partner/Board of Directors **JOB DESCRIPTION:** The Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial operations and functions. The candidate must have strong technical accounting knowledge, with ten (10\) years’ experience preferred. The position requires exemplary organization skills, attention to detail, client service, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks is required. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** The CFO will be expected to be a meaningful contributor in the following areas: \- Supervises the firm’s accounting department, providing leadership, training, support, and feedback to department personnel. \- Responsible for company financial reporting for law firm, and all associated entities. \- Acts as a key strategic advisor into the firm’s business direction and tactical efforts. \- Supplies data and advice regarding attorney compensation, budgeting, practice group efforts, and related projects intended to position the firm for financial and operational success. \- Maintains a...
