Zachry Engineering Corporation (ZEC) is currently looking for a talented and self\-motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our Houston Westchase office. The ideal candidate will lead exciting industrial steel \& concrete structural projects and be recognized as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME). * Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or related field required. * 12\+ years of Structural Engineering experience in the Power and Industrial industry. * Professional registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.). (required) * Professional registration as a Structural Engineer (S.E.) (preferred) * Knowledge of AutoCAD, STAADPro, RISA, Enercalc or similar analysis software * Familiarity with 3D design and viewing software such as Navisworks * Experience with large industrial projects, and understanding of project environments, requirements, and risks * Knowledge and understanding of engineering, construction, and project management * Proven negotiation skills. * Strong language skills (written and oral) * Strong Microsoft Office software skills * Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
