The **Quality Assurance Specialist** helps ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date across Canyon Ranch systems. This role reviews records, transactions, and guest interactions; researches and corrects errors; and identifies trends that can improve quality, training, and business processes.* **Quality Review:** Audit records, transactions, conversations, and system information for accuracy and compliance with Canyon Ranch standards. * **Issue Resolution:** Research missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and make necessary corrections in the appropriate systems. * **Reporting and Improvement:** Track recurring errors, prepare quality reports, and share findings with leadership to support coaching, training, and process improvements. * **Systems Support:** Maintain accurate guest\-related information, including reservations, ...
