Construction Project Manager Duties: \- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish \- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors \- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents \- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks \- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary \- Manage project budget and ensure cost\-effective practices \- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards \- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress \- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Requirements: \- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role \- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation \- Excellent time management and organizational skills \- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders \- Familiarity with construction contracts and legal requirements \- Proficient in using project management software and tools \- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) \- Valid driver's license **Note: This job description is intended t...
