Build Stable Residential Services.** Sample Supports is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager to oversee residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within an assigned geographic region. This position provides operational leadership across Host Home, Family Caregiver, and supported apartment services. Depending on the assigned region, the role may also oversee an 11\-bed assisted living residence. The Residential Program Manager is responsible for employee leadership, provider oversight, regulatory compliance, service quality, documentation, placement stability, and the health and safety of individuals receiving services.
