Description: **Pharmacy Management Pharmacist Job Description** The Pharmacist will work within the Medication Review Pharmacy Management Division providing pharmacy management services to healthcare facilities under contract with Medication Review. The Pharmacist serves as the designated pharmacy management representative responsible for oversight of all aspects of medication management within the assigned Health Care Entity (HCE). Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies while promoting safe, effective, and efficient medication use. The Pharmacist reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy Management and may also perform staff pharmacist duties as assigned. **Specific Responsibilities May Include:** Provide leadership and oversight of the facility's medication management program. Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, Washington State RCWs/WACs and DEA requirements. Develop, implement, review, and update pharmacy policies, procedures, and medication management practices as needed.
