**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- * Serve as Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) within the Propulsion Manufacturing Assembly Composites (PMAC) team; drive program interests through cost, schedule, and technical execution across the program lifecycle * Work closely with PMAC Finance representatives and program control account managers (CAM) to ensure prudent program baseline planning, integrated master schedule integration, schedule/cost validation, and awareness of risk and opportunities * Coordinate daily with planners, production managers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, and other engineers as needed to ensure delivery on contractual commitments * Resolve unplanned challenges to drive issue resolution velocity * Establish, manage, and communicate programmatic expectations, progress, goals, roles, responsibilities, and objectives * Support business development objectives to capture additional commercial business **Basic Qualifications** ------------------------ * Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional ex...
