Position Summary: TIC Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and motivated FP\&A / Investor Relations Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Finance organization. This individual will support financial planning and analysis, forecasting, management reporting, investor relations, and strategic finance initiatives across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early\-career finance professional looking to develop a broad skill set across FP\&A, Investor Relations, strategic finance, and corporate decision support within a growing public company. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations / FP\&A, this role will have exposure to senior leadership, business unit leaders, and other cross\-functional teams.
