**POSITION TITLE**: General Manager **REPORTS TO**: Area General Manager /Regional Director of Operations / Chief Operating Officer / Owner **POSITION SUMMARY** The **General Manager** is responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, cost control, and sales and revenue generation. This role requires providing strategic planning and leadership across all departments to support a positive service culture and maximize operations.
