Your missionThe Head of Accounting is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant accounting across all Matrix42 entities while leading and developing a team of accounting professionals. The role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including general and sub-ledger activities, manages the month-end closing process and related analyses, supports the preparation of statutory financial statements, and drives continuous improvement within the accounting function.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international accounting team across multiple locations, fostering professional growth and operational excellence. Oversee the timely preparation of high quality consolidated financials statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with IFRS.Ensure the accurate and timely recording of journal entries, including revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
