Description

We rebuild hydraulics cylinders and pumps for convertible top automobiles. We operate a clean, well\-organized, air\-conditioned repair and light manufacturing facility dealing with small parts. This position is part of our team responsible for processing customer orders. There is a lot of interaction with customers over the phone and a lesser amount in person, and by email. Our customers are primarily repair shops and dealer service centers, but we also deal with individual car owners. Throughout each day, part of the time is spent in the office taking calls, creating invoices, and processing customer payments. The other part of each day is spent "hand\-on" receiving customer parts, creating work orders, and packing shipments to return completed parts to customers. To be successful requires developing a thorough knowledge and understanding of our parts and rebuild services.
