**A.I.S., Inc. (AIS)** is a national scientific services firm supporting maritime activities requiring certification of compliance with environmental regulations as well as collecting data for use by Federal, State, Municipal, and other government agencies along the US coastline. **Primary Function:** AIS is looking for a Fishery Observer Support Liaison to support the Fisheries Research and Monitoring Department, primarily Northeast Fisheries programs. The incumbent will serve as a dedicated resource for sea\-going employees with a primary focus on improving employee retention, morale, engagement, professional development, and overall quality of employment. The position will maintain regular contact with sea\-going staff to better understand the challenges they experience, help connect employees with appropriate company resources, identify trends affecting retention and performance, and develop initiatives that strengthen employees’ connection to AIS.
