Description: **JOB TITLE:** Director of Marketing \& Communications **PROGRAM AREA:** Development **FLSA STATUS:** Exempt **JOB OBJECTIVE:** The Director of Marketing and Communications leads the development and execution of Oasis Center’s marketing and communications efforts, strengthening organizational visibility, brand consistency, corporate communications, and engagement with donors, partners, community members, and other key audiences. In close partnership with the Vice President of Fund Development \& Community Engagement and staff across the organization, this position develops compelling content, manages key communications channels, and helps tell the story of Oasis Center’s mission, programs, youth, and impact. **Essential Functions** * Develops and executes integrated marketing \& communications strategies across digital, print, social media, website, email, donor communications, media relations, and other organizational channels. * Manages Oasis Center’s social media presence, including content planning, creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance monitoring. * Develops, writes, edits, and coordinates compelling content for donor communications, newsletters, organ...
