**About Meadow Health** Meadow Health is a 50 state telehealth practice for the medical management of children and young adults with neurodevelopmental conditions. We run our own care platform, which also powers clinical research. That includes screening and recruitment for a third party sponsor's FDA regulated (IND) clinical program, built on a consent to contact registry and automated scoring of inclusion and exclusion criteria, plus a separate Right to Try (RTT) intake pathway. **The Role** You will run the human side of Meadow's research programs. For the sponsor's trial, that means operating our IRB approved consent to contact registry, following up on prescreens, collecting records, scheduling research raters and mobile phlebotomy, and handing families off to clinical sites with complete, well documented packets. For RTT, you will run a separate intake desk that collects documents and routes them to sponsor designated physicians. You will also own the clinical requirements for our auto scoring engine, turning protocol criteria into testable rules with engineering.
