**Fleet Safety Manager** Buyers Barricades is a leading traffic control company. Our fleet is critical to ensuring our crews, equipment, and barricade products reach jobsites safely and on time. We are seeking a Fleet Safety Manager to build, lead, and continuously improve our fleet safety program — reducing incidents, developing our drivers, and embedding a culture of safety across every branch and operation. The Fleet Safety Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and continuously improving the company's fleet safety, driver training program, and vehicle operations programs across all Buyers Barricades locations. This is a hands\-on role focused on driver development, telematics\-based coaching, incident reduction, and operational safety. The Fleet Safety Manager will serve as the primary fleet safety resource for branch managers, supervisors, drivers, field employees, and company leadership.
