Job Responsibilities \& Duties Leadership \& Crew Management * Enforce all safety policies at the job site * Transport crew, tools, and materials to and from job locations * Assign tasks and monitor daily workload and performance * Maintain timesheets, attendance records, and material usage logs * Communicate job progress, system issues, and crew needs to the Project Manager * Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors as necessary * Operate and maintain company vehicles and irrigation equipment Irrigation Installation \& Maintenance * Install irrigation systems according to plans and specifications * Lay pipe, install valves, heads, drip systems, controllers, and sensors * Troubleshoot and repair leaks, wiring issues, pressure problems, and coverage gaps * Perform system start\-ups, shutdowns, and controller programming * Conduct quality checks to ensure proper coverage and functionality * Maintain a clean and organized job site Technical \& Equipment Operation * Operate trenchers, vibratory plows, pipe pullers, and wire locators * Perform low\-voltage wiring work (controllers, sensors, valves) * Understand system flow, pressure, coverage, and design basics Skills \& Qualific...
