**Full\-time:** 40hrs/per week Monday\-Friday 9am\-5:30pm **Non\-exempt; Benefit Eligible** **Summary:** Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer/ ED, and under the direct supervision of the Chief Program Officer// Project Director, provides counseling, advising, and direct services to TRIO participants while leading student outreach, recruitment, engagement, and community partnership efforts. This position also serves as a key point of connection between the program, schools, families, community organizations, and other partners to strengthen student engagement and support the program’s goals and objectives. **Vision:** The coordinator will help create a connected, accessible, and community\-centered approach to student services, ensuring that Wahupa remains engaged with students and the communities it serves even as programming expands.
