Pan\-American Life Insurance Group is seeking a **bilingual Agency Operations Manager** to join our U.S. Life \& Health Insurance agency team in our **Coral Gables, FL. office** , where the team is based. This role will be key in overseeing the insurance agency operations, including case management, producer support and training, licensing and contracting, new and existing policy\-service activities, premium processing, collections and producer events. The right candidate is fluent in **English and Spanish** , understands insurance operations, and can improve workflows while delivering responsive support to producers, policyholders, and internal partners. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * **Lead Case Management Processes for Life \& Health** : Run daily reports to identify policies with new requirements and do proper follow\-up to complete the underwriting process; ensure all cases flow through the Underwriting Processes within the reasonable time. * **Policyholder \& Agent Communication** : Educates policyholders and agents regarding surrenders, loans, dividend payments, contract interpretation, and other options that are available.
