Reflections at Sepulveda is a 51\-unit apartment community serving residents aged 55 and older and individuals with disabilities. Working closely with the maintenance technician and activity/social services coordinator, the Property Manager supports the community’s day\-to\-day operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing move\-in applications and recertification's, marketing vacant units, collecting rent, reconciling resident ledgers, responding to inquiries, managing work orders and calls, preparing notices, and delivering exceptional customer service.
