**Last date to apply:** We are continuously accepting applications The Manager, Aftermarket Planning is responsible for leading the Parts and Accessories (P\&A) supply planning activities and supports Husqvarna’s internal and external customers by managing inventory across a global manufacturing and sourcing footprint. This role will develop the P\&A Planning team while driving standardization, continuous improvements, and cross\-functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders. **What You Need to Know:** * Optimize the balance of inventory, service and logistics costs across the supply chain network. * Develop planning activities to improve KPIs; forecast accuracy, fill rates and inventory turn rate. * Partner with internal and external suppliers to support on\-time delivery and quickly resolve supply\-related issues. * Manage inventory and replenishment efforts to achieve lowest possible inventory levels while maximizing product fill rates. * Investigate and implement changes to simplify processes, eliminate non\-value\-added activities, maximize data integrity, and reduce costs. * Proactively support and interface closely with business managers to provide highest quality serv...
