**JOB PURPOSE** The Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services across the organization. This role works closely with IT leadership to develop and execute the Modern Workplace roadmap, improve security posture, enhance collaboration capabilities, and support future technology initiatives including Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Microsoft AI solutions.
