**Service Billing \& AR Specialist** **Job Description** Department: Accounting / Finance Reports To: Credit Manager **Role Purpose** The Service Billing \& AR Specialist is responsible for turning completed service work into cash quickly, accurately, and consistently. This role owns service billing, service accounts receivable, routine service collections, dispute resolution, and AR aging control. If service work is not billed and collected, it didn’t happen. **Core Responsibilities** **1\. Service Billing (Primary)** · Generate and send invoices for service, deficiencies, T\&M, repairs, and small projects. · Ensure all required backup is attached (signed tickets, photos, reports, etc.). · Ensure pricing matches contract, quote, or T\&M rates. · Enforce 48\-hour billing SLA from 'Approved for Billing' status. · Reject and return incomplete or non\-compliant job packages to Service Operations. · Maintain a clean billing queue with no silent backlog. **2\.
