We have delivered education to over 1,000,000 healthcare professionals since 2017\. **What you will own** **Email and lifecycle (the core of this role)** Build and run our automated email program in our Email platform: onboarding, post\-purchase, renewal reminders, winback, re\-engagement. On\-brand Copy writing. Branching at the right times to ensure each customer journey is optimized. **Content and SEO** Plan and write content that reaches licensed professionals while they are searching for what their state requires. Work with our SEO team on structure, backlinks, and what gets built next. **Building things that save time** We are not on Shopify or WordPress, so there is rarely a plugin for what we need.
