### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 * Length: 12 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an ER RN for a 12\-week trauma department assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and a TN or compact RN license. ### **Details** * Emergency Department\-Trauma unit setting * 12\-hour shifts scheduled from 06:45 to 19:15 * Cares for patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, psychiatric, pediatric, and trauma\-related emergencies * Performs triage, rapid assessments, and prioritization of care based on severity and urgency * Administers medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other ordered treatments * Operates emergency equipment including cardiac monitors, defibrillators, infusion pumps, and ventilators * Assists with emergency procedures such as CPR, trauma resuscitation, intubation, and wound care * Documents care accurately and timely in the electronic health record ### **Requirements** * Active TN or compact RN license * Current BLS, ACLS certifications required (AHA) * PALS certification may be required * TNCC certification may be preferred or required * Minimum 1 year of...
