**Description** The DOT Compliance Manager will collaborate with both new and existing CDL and non\-CDL employees, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal DOT regulations. The ideal candidate will possess in\-depth knowledge of DOT and FMCSA requirements, combined with a proactive mindset to innovate, streamline, and simplify compliance processes. This role reports directly to the Director of Safety \& Compliance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee and maintain Driver Qualification Files for CDL and non\-CDL drivers, ensuring all required documents and endorsements are accurate, valid, and up to date. * Manage compliance activities, including annual Clearinghouse queries, random drug screenings, DOT verifications, and MVR monitoring. * Monitor and review drivers’ Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure adherence to regulations. * Provide guidance and coaching to drivers on safe driving practices and compliance with procedures. * Coordinate closely with operations to ensure alignment of routine activities * Partner closely with the Truck Shop or Truck Lease Vendor(s) to address OOS/Unsafe deficiencies * Conduct regular audits to verify all required documentation is complet...
