**Position Overview** The Director of League \& Program Operations is a key leadership role responsible for the successful planning, execution, and growth of SPORTSKIND's leagues, tournaments, and community events. This individual will oversee day\-to\-day league operations, lead and develop staff, manage venue partnerships, and ensure exceptional experiences for players, partners, and stakeholders.
