Job Title: Senior VP Marketing and Digital Services FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time Reports To: Chief Experience Officer Pay Level: 15 116K to 193K Department: Minnco Center Administration Date: October 2026 **Position Objective:**The Senior VP of Marketing and Digital Services leads multiple disciplines within the team in developing and executing marketing strategies and digital services with a variety of platforms to include website optimization, analytics, campaign management, digital and social media channels, while using an AI\-enabled approach. It is responsible for the development of Minnco Credit Union’s marketing strategy, operating model and performance of the function in accordance with sort and long\-term strategic goals.
