**Summary:** As a part of Barnes \& Thornburg Information Technology, a Project Manager will manage IT projects. The candidate should have experience in leading projects, managing tasks and timelines, working collaboratively across an organization, coordinating both internal and external resources to ensure timely project implementations, and executing functional adoption. **Key Responsibilities:** * Simultaneously manage multiple projects with a focus on scope, schedule, quality and cost * Develop and execute project requirements, work plans, tasks, and reporting needed for IT leadership and other stakeholders across all phases of each project * Coordinate, prepare for and conduct project team meetings * Facilitate decisions to drive toward overall business objectives * Track issues and risks while ensuring resolution through probing questions; actively identify and support team in removing obstacles, waste and distractions that might impede project delivery * Report risks and deviations in scope, cost, schedule and quality as appropriate, seeking approval for mitigation plans * Participate in PMO process improvement initiatives and support PM onboarding for new staff * Embrace le...
