**Specific Responsibilities** ----------------------------- The Internal Audit Advisor for Apache Corporation will be a member of Apache’s Forensic and Shared Audit Services department at the company’s Houston office reporting to the Forensic \& Shared Audit Services Director. This role will be primarily responsible for the following: * **Revenue Audits** + Plan, lead, and/or perform revenue\-related audits involving gas processing plants, oil and gas purchasers, revenue product allocation, battery/site security, marketing arrangements, and related M\&A activity. + Obtain and analyze contracts and supporting documentation, including volume, pipeline and plant statements; remittance and settlement detail; imbalance, payout, nomination, and processing\-election information; flow diagrams, schematics, maps, and correspondence. + Identify risks, develop audit scope and procedures, perform testing, and use Excel, system queries, and other data analytics to quantify audit issues and recoveries. * **Joint Venture Audit Performance** + Analyze Joint Account Data Exchange (JADE), joint interest billings, Joint Operating Agreements, Accounting Procedures, COPAS guidance, AFEs, and supporting...
