**Job Summary:** In this role, you will be responsible for pre\-commissioning and commissioning planning activities. You will coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and clients to leverage diverse technical team skills to integrate the startup plan. You will identify risks and trends, manage progress reporting, and proactively correct courses to ensure goals, schedules, and requirements are met. **Major Responsibilities:*** Reports to company Thacker Pass Lead Instrument and Controls Startup Engineer and Commissioning Preoperational Manager. * The CSU Instrument and Controls Startup Engineer has the overall responsibility for the Instrument and Controls systems of the Thacker Pass Project. This includes coordinating with other disciplines and organizations to prepare and execute a plan to complete all Instrument and Controls testing activities including component level, system level and integrated facility level testing. * Development of Advanced Work Packages for Instruments and Controls Pre\-commissioning and Commissioning testing activities during home office assignment. * Participating in development of the project startup manual, preparing system preope...
