**Status:** Full Time **Operations manager** **Compensation:** $45\.00/hr. **Benefits:** 10 paid holidays, 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) increasing with years of service, Medical and dental insurance options with company contributions toward employee premiums, 401(k) plan availability, and profit\-sharing. **Location:** Both in\-office work in Windsor Locks, CT and on\-site assignments at client locations. **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET, based at our Windsor Locks office with regular travel to nearby client locations throughout the state and approximately 30% overnight travel to out\-of\-state job sites. Schedule flexibility is required to accommodate client needs, event schedules, and operational demands. **Overview:** The Operations Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day management of operations, staffing, logistics, and technical support services.
