Restoration 1 of Waterbury is seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Lead Technician** to perform and help lead residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects. This is a **working field leadership position**. The Lead Technician will actively perform mitigation work while helping guide technicians on job sites, maintain proper documentation, communicate with customers, and ensure work is completed safely and according to company standards.
