This is a **working management position** for someone who is comfortable leading employees in the field, solving operational challenges, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and customer service. The Operations Manager reports directly to the Terminal Manager and will oversee daily activities on **2nd shift**. Candidates must be flexible, as hours may change based on customer volume and business needs.
