Finance Manager The Finance Manager owns the day\-to\-day execution of LeadingIT's financial processes and provides leadership with accurate, timely financial information. This role manages billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking. The ideal Finance Manager is highly organized, accountable, detail\-oriented, and comfortable identifying problems and following them through to resolution. **What this role will entail:** **Financial Operations** * Manage day\-to\-day accounting and finance processes. * Maintain accurate financial records. * Monthly financial close. * Maintain financial documentation **Accounts Receivable** * Monitor outstanding invoices and AR aging. * Coordinate collections. * Maintain LeadingIT's collections process. * Resolve billing discrepancies. * Escalate past\-due accounts appropriately. **Billing** * Coordinate recurring client billing. * Confirm billing aligns with client agreements. * Identify missed, incorrect, or inconsistent billing. * Coordinate agreement changes with Operations and account management. **Accounts Payable** * Manage incoming vendor invoices. * Coordinate invoice approv...
