POSITION SUMMARY Owns the administrative and system control of DIX3 bonded activity, including Extensive transactions, bonded inventory records, supporting receipt/movement/release documentation, reconciliation, release\-document verification and audit readiness. PRIMARY AUTHORITY * Maintain and control bonded WMS records and supporting warehouse documentation. * Verify required release documentation/authorization is present before outbound bonded processing. * Stop or hold processing when documentation, inventory or release instructions are incomplete or questionable. * Coordinate bonded cycle counts and independently reconcile physical inventory to Extensive/supporting records. * Route inventory adjustments/corrections to the Warehouse Supervisor for approval before posting. * Does not independently authorize Customs release.
