**QUALIFICATIONS:** * A minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in a related field * Technical/Vertical/Value Stream skills needed: UKG Pro Work Force Management (WFM), Timekeeping, Accruals, Timeoff, Scheduling, Leave Management, Attestation, Device/Clock configuration, Activities, DataViews, Integrations (Boomi/API), UKG Pro WFM APIs and JSON payloads, Postman, Global implementation experience; Nice to have knowledge of Oracle SQL, Pl/Sql, Vue3, NodeJS APIs, Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft Excel with Power Queries, ServiceNow, Agentic AI * Functional/Technical Leadership: Ability to lead and guide multiple teams, make decisions and provide functional/systematic direction.
