**POSITION SUMMARY** The Installation Project Manager oversees and manages the execution of our millwork and cabinet installation projects. Coordinate project handoffs, oversee installation schedules, maintain site readiness, and ensure that all work stays within scope, budget, and timeline. This position requires strong communication, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project completion. **The position will require overseeing install management between projects in Albuquerque NM, Santa Fe NM, Las Cruces NM \& El Paso, TX.** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Take over projects from the sales/project management team, ensuring a clear and thorough handoff of information. * Review project plans, scope of work, and budget details for accuracy before installation planning. * Solicit and evaluate bids for subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and selecting qualified trades. * Conduct initial site visits to verify readiness and establish site relationships. * Schedule and lead preconstruction meetings with the GC, PMs, and the installation team. * Oversee hollow metal handoff (doors, frames, hardware), ensuring...
