**Description** **Job Summary:** Provides support to the Telemedicine department and assigned clinics as a telehealth liaison. Serve as point\-of\-contact for telemedicine patients at the local treatment level. Schedule appointments, set up and test equipment, collect evaluation data, support physicians and other providers during the consultation, and promote the program in the local community. **Essential Functions:** * Serve as the primary contact for scheduling the telemedicine visits and video platform for telemedicine patients. * Provide telemedicine patients with appropriate consent forms and handbooks related to telemedicine, and documents within Methasoft. * Organize on\-site telemedicine platform training for providers and any remote monitoring systems. * Monitor and respond to telemedicine patient chats. * Provide or arrange for direct technical support and perform or provide for general system maintenance along with New Season's IT department. * Coordinate with the technical support team to address problems and any new system development needs. * Works directly with center liaison to ensure patient engagement and documentation are within compliance. * Facilitate consiste...
