Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, detail\-oriented, and highly organized **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is fluent in both English and Spanish and proficient in phlebotomy** to join our OB/GYN practice. This dual\-role position combines hands\-on clinical support with clinical research coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing direct patient care, performing blood draws, collecting and processing specimens, coordinating clinical research visits, and maintaining accurate medical and research documentation. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with English\- and Spanish\-speaking patients while helping deliver high\-quality women's healthcare and supporting clinical research initiatives.
