**Title:** International Shipping Coordinator **Reports to:** Logistics Supervisor **Supervises:** N/A **Status:** Full\-time, In Office (Monday\-Friday) **Working Hours:** 8am – 5pm **Purpose of position:** Provides communication and coordination of shipping to our sister companies and overseas customers. This position maintains the administrative duties associated with International export and import routing of finished goods and spare parts. In addition, this position will complete all receiving transactions and will aid in maintaining material inventory, Process all transactions in Z Boss CRM. Manage inventory, and resolve transportation and compliance issues, compile monthly report in addition to additional duties assigned. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Primary contact to Miura Groups * Process orders for ocean, ground, and air * Expedite shipments to customers and Miura Groups * Occasionally, process orders for parts by picking, packing, and loading parts for shipment * Create export documents, prepare shipping packing lists, bills of ladings, and all required documentation for export shipments * Process paper work for any overseas HAZMAT shipments * Submit pro...
