**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Associate Project Manager** **Description:** Westrum Development is a developer, and operator of multi\-family and senior market rate housing. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Development department throughout the project life cycle to include preconstruction, construction documentation, and purchasing. The ideal candidate would exhibit creative problem\-solving skills, high level of attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities** · Bachelors degree, preferred in construction management, engineering, or architectural studies · 3\+ years of relevant experience with a basic knowledge of the construction industry preferred · Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook, etc. preferred · Ability to read and understand construction drawings · Experience with AutoCAD or Revit preferred but not required **Reports to:** Director of Construction **Employee Classification:** Non\-Exempt **Key Responsibilities:** o Assist with project budget development, including site and vertical scope.
