**Job Description** ***A bit about this role:*** We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team. The growth marketing team is responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying a multi\-million dollar advertising budget. We work cross\-functionally as a team to achieve growth and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism. This is a hands\-on, detail\-intensive role in a regulated industry. You need to be comfortable toggling between creative conversations about ad design and deep\-in\-the\-weeds campaign set up and ad operations. The ideal candidate can communicate with both left and right brained colleagues, and is excited about making numbers go up.
