#### **General Manager \- Tulsa** Job Type: Full\-Time, Salaried Reports To: Regional Manager #### **Position Overview** The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, execution, and leadership of the store. This role owns store\-level results across sales, parts, service, inventory, customer experience, and financial performance. The General Manager leads through clear expectations, strong leaders, and disciplined execution. In higher\-volume stores, this role is supported by a Sales and Operations Manager and functional department leaders. The GM remains accountable for results while delegating day\-to\-day execution appropriately.
