**Overview** We are seeking a collaborative and detail\-oriented **Senior Staff Accountant** to join our growing Finance \& Accounting team. This position will work closely with the Controller and play an important role in managing the day\-to\-day accounting function, monthly close process, account reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of their work while also operating as part of a hands\-on, collaborative team. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys digging into the details, solving problems, improving processes, and helping build a strong accounting foundation in a growing organization. **Key Responsibilities** **General Accounting \& Month\-End Close** * Partner with the Controller to execute the monthly, quarterly, and year\-end close processes accurately and timely. * Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, reclassifications, and other recurring or adjusting entries. * Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules. * Research and resolve reconciling items, unusual transactions, and account discrepancies. * Review general led...
