**Euphoria Vacation Homes** **Location:** St. Augustine, FL and surrounding service areas **Position Type:** Full Time (40 hours per week) **Schedule:** Sunday, Monday Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Off Wednesday and Saturday. Field\-based, primarily during daytime turnover and inspection windows, occasional evening hours. **Hourly Rate:** $23 \+ mileage reimbursement up to 30 miles daily **About Euphoria Vacation Homes** Euphoria Vacation Homes is a boutique vacation rental and event property management company serving St. Augustine and the surrounding areas. We manage a growing portfolio of premium homes and are committed to delivering an elevated, consistent guest and owner experience. We are hiring a **Brand Standards Manager** to serve as the eyes and ears of Euphoria inside our homes. This person is responsible for ensuring our highest\-priority properties consistently meet Euphoria’s standards for cleanliness, staging, maintenance, presentation, functionality, and overall guest readiness.
