Description

Brady Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands\-on position overseeing all functions of the plant warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control and shipping. This role is responsible for the end\-to\-end integrity of raw material and finished goods inventory. You will bridge the gap between high\-level inventory planning and floor\-level execution, ensuring that our SAP data reflects reality. Your goal is to drive On\-Time Delivery (OTD), minimize waste, and lead a high\-performing team of material handlers through continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Maintain and execute inventory requirement plans using SAP; establish optimal stocking levels for both raw materials and finished products. * Supervise all warehouse material movement, returns, and plant\-level metrics to ensure fluid logistics. * Lead the cycle counting program in active and overstock locations.
