**$15,000 Sign on Bonus** **Job Title:** Registered Nurse \` **Department:** Oswego Health Medical Practice **Reports to:** Practice Manager Revision Date: 8/7/2020 **Status:** Non\-Exempt **Job Summary:** The Registered Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Physician or patient care provider and the general direction of the Practice Manager, in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of Physician Care and established professional standards. Provides care to patients of all ages, newborn through geriatrics. Effectively interacts with patients and healthcare members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. **Duties/Responsibilities**: Plans, provides, and evaluates patient care as a member of the Health Care Team, strictly adhering to principals of asepsis and infection control guidelines when performing patient care. Collaborates with MD/NP in the development of the Plan of Care. Assesses individual patient and/or family learning needs and institutes teaching methods to enhance pre\-illness functioning or continuation of preventive health care needs.
