UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is seeking a **Full\-Time Pharmacist** to join our in\-patient pharmacy team on a **rotating schedule**. Join a nationally recognized pediatric health system and help deliver exceptional care to children and their families. Title and Rate of Pay will be based on Education and Experience **Schedule:** * Rotating daylight and evening shifts * Every 4th weekend * 2\-3 Holidays per year **Primary Responsibilities:** * Review and verify medication orders. * Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications. * Provide drug information and clinical consultation to healthcare providers. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. * Support medication safety and quality initiatives. * PharmD or equivalent degree. * Current Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure. * Hospital pharmacy experience preferred. * Pediatric experience preferred but not required. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** * Pharmacist License * Clearances with Renewal: + Act 31, 33, 34, \& 73 **UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran**
